Returns and Shipping

Due to the nature of our business being small, we advise you carefully read our policy before purchasing with us. 

Handmade to measure

If your item is handmade, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Once a handmade dress order has been placed and work has begun we are unable to offer any refunds due to the bespoke nature of these items. We do consider alterations if item is returned at the cost of the customer. Please email info@spacewomanshop.com for more info.

Sample and Sale

Sample items and sale items are final sale. We do not accept returns or refunds on these items. They are eligible for matched store exchange (not including postage value).

Items purchased using a discount code are not eligible for a refund.

Return/Refund

If a return/refund is authorised, we are not responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a tracked service. Please request a return/exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, requests are no longer eligible after this time. We expect to receive your item within 14 days of your order, otherwise it will no longer be eligible. Your refund will be processed once the item is returned back to us. Refunds will incur a 15% restocking fee to cover our costs.

International Orders

International orders can sometimes be charged customs fees. This is at the cost of the customer. If a missed collection occurs and the item is returned back to us as 'return to sender/undelivered', it is the customer's responsibility to cover reposting fees.

Please mark international returns with 'returned goods' to avoid refusal at customs.

International delivery costs vary. Prices are based on location and weight. 

UK Orders 

Standard shipping fee is £4.00.

Shipping

Handmade dresses cannot be guaranteed for specific arrival times or dates as the queues can be very long and subject to fabric and labour availability. If specific times are required there are express shipping options available at the checkout.
