In the unlikely event that customers are not completely satisfied with their order, they must report to Spacewoman Ltd within 48 hrs of receipt of goods.

We will assess the issue as soon as possible and either offer to replace the goods or refund if goods cannot be replaced.

If the goods are replaced, customers need to return the original faulty goods to Spacewoman Ltd at their own cost which will be refunded on receipt.

If the goods are replaced,  then customers must return the original order within 7 working days. If the original order is not returned, then the replacement will be charged at sales cost currently in force at time of replacement.
